|Recommended: YesLocation — This location works great for me. Close proximity to take different routes to work or to downtown or if I have to do any shopping. Maintenance is friendly. Leasing management was wonderful when I decided to move into the community. I talked to at least 20 other properties within a 3 month period and A COUNTRY PLACE was very professional and friendly.

Quisiera reconocer al equipo de administración y mantenimiento, que trabajan arduamente para que todo funcione sin problemas. Kimberly Monterroso, la gerente, es sumamente profesional y atenta siempre se asegura de escuchar y resolver cualquier inquietud que uno tenga. Rebecca, la asistente, también es muy amable y eficiente, siempre dispuesta a ayudar y a brindar la mejor atención a los residentes.
Además, el equipo de mantenimiento es rápido y confiable. Cualquier solicitud se atiende de inmediato, y siempre realizan un trabajo impecable. Es reconfortante saber que contamos con un equipo tan dedicado y comprometido con nuestro bienestar.

While we understand that parking permits add a layer of effort on the part of the resident, we have implemented this system to ensure that all residents have a place to park at the property and those vehicles that are not residents are not taking up those spaces.

|Recommended: YesFriendly Office Staff Makes It 100 Better — It's no secret that A Country Place is an older property but the friendly office staff and speedy maintenance makes it all the better when something breaks down. I'm new to the area so I'm also told to be weary of my surroundings but that is pretty much true for everywhere you go. I would recommend living here. My first two weeks have been great to far

|Recommended: YesNice — I like this apartment complex mainly for its staff- everyone is willing to help and answer questions, and maintenance works super fast to get your problems fixed

|Recommended: NoThings Are Better — So I've lived in this complex for over 14 years. I've been very lucky with great management until right after Covid and Myra left. Lots of things happened at the complex and I was used to having management that knew my situation. I'm a single working mother of a young man with Autism.
Things finally started calming down and I am now at ease knowing Rebecca and Dora are managing the complex. They have been very supportive, mindful of my situation, resident service minded, and made me finally feel more at ease living here. The only reason I don't reccomend the complex is because of its location which of course is not managements fault. It has to be challenging to run this complex and all I know is that Rebecca and Dora have worked and provided assistance to me that made me more comfortable re signing my lease. They have both made a huge difference in my comfort level and I'm immensely grateful.
