|Recommended: YesI have lived her since 2016, and I have never, ever lived in a place where I felt more appreciated and protected.
When we first moved in, I was in a very bad place, medically, and the manager and other staff were so amazing that I felt comfortable, and relaxed nearly immediately. The maintainence staff is fantastic, fast, and food at their jobs. The office staff are kind, friendly, and help you put a smile on your face. Always a good idea to call them when not understanding something, or for fixes.
The grounds are well-kept, the grass is barefoot-friendly, the pool is clean and cool. The grounds and buildings are well-lit. The buildings themselves are well taken care of, and look fantastic for something built in 1963
For the most part, the volume of the apartments is low most of the time. Kids play in the open spaces as they should, people play in the pool, music sometimes happens, but when it does it's usually low, and almost always goes off or down by around 10pm.

|Recommended: NoGone Downhill — I can never get in touch with the office without physically going there. Their app doesn’t work unless it’s to pay rent. They don’t answer their phone. They don’t return calls when you leave a voice mail. The door to the office is locked when they are supposed to be open. I tried to ask the maintenance man if they were even open the 4th time I went there to pick up a package and he ignored me and said “not working” even though he was sitting in the maintenance room. I voiced my concerns when I finally was able to pick up my package and I got “awe I’m sorry”. The only reason I renewed my lease is because I don’t want to move again soon. I hear my neighbors all hours of the night, people were living in the parking lot at one point and riddled it with trash. Drive over a glass bottle that was left by some of them. Music so loud it vibrates my walls. Can’t submit requests through the app. Only one way in and out of the complex with no walking gates seems like a very bad idea. I don’t know if it is a change of management since I first moved in but it is very disappointing. Pool still not even available.

|Recommended: YesSafe Community With Helpful Staff — I moved into A Country Place in August 2019, and am only moving out due to moving in with my partner. I was warmly greeted by Mayra the day I moved in, and have received so much kind support and prompt help whenever I had questions or maintenance requests. Both the property and apartment are well maintained, with lots of natural light. I felt very safe the entire time I lived in the community, and appreciated that public transportation and a grocery store are in easy walking distance.

|Recommended: YesFantastic Place To Live — I've lived here now since 2016. I still absolutely love it here. If given a choice of any neighborhood to live in, I'd pick this area every time. I've lived in this area for the last 10 years, and wouldn't have a better' neighborhood if you paid me to move. People are quiet, kind, and friendly. I love it here, and hope to stay in this apartment for many years to come
-Specifics-
The park across the street was just recently refurbished, and is fantastic. It has a kids' playground, three lengths of walking path, soccer fields, and a workout circuit.
The price of the apartments in comparrison to others with similar square footage can't be beat throughout the city.
The maintenance people remain fantastic, quick, and very good at their jobs.
The office people are amazing, compassionate, professional, and work hard to fix any prolems you might have, if it's under their control.
The grounds are simple and lovely, kept up every week with outside groundskeepers who do a fantastic job. Paths are clear, no overgrowth against buildings, planted beds are kept weeded, pool is always clean, the area around it kept clean and slip-free as much as possible.
The laundry facilities have been nicely kept, and the machines in perfectly working order, bar the usual wear and tear of a bunch of people doing their laundry.
The front office is similarly clean, bright, and comfortable.
The neighborhood, much like any other, can be loud over weekends, but it's usually not so bad as to be infuriating. Easily able to ignore with earphones on at a medium level. I've only occasionally had issues with someone below or next to me being unbearably loud, but asking politely for the bass to be turned down usually does the trick.
